This milestone season brings exciting developments for fans, including new streaming options, enhanced content, and special offers to access the MLS Season Pass.

Expanded Streaming Platforms

Apple has broadened the accessibility of the MLS Season Pass by partnering with Comcast Xfinity and DirecTV. This collaboration allows subscribers of these services to enjoy MLS content seamlessly.

For Xfinity users, MLS Season Pass is now integrated into the Xfinity interface. Subscribers can search for MLS games as they would for any channel or on-demand content.

Additionally, Xfinity customers will have free access to MLS 360 throughout the 2025 season and can enjoy a complimentary preview of the MLS Season Pass from February 22 to March 2. Subscriptions can be managed directly through the Xfinity platform.

DirecTV customers will experience similar integration, with MLS Season Pass accessible within their existing interface. Matches and related programming can be found on channels 480 through 495. A free preview of the MLS Season Pass is available from February 22 to March 2, with subscription options available directly through DirecTV.

Introducing ‘Sunday Night Soccer’

To commemorate its 30th season, MLS is launching “Sunday Night Soccer,” a new primetime segment that will showcase the league’s most exciting matchups. The inaugural game features the new team San Diego FC against the reigning champions LA Galaxy on February 23, 2025.

These games will be available for free to Apple TV+ subscribers and will include enhanced broadcasts with dedicated pre- and postgame shows, advanced production, and unique graphics in both English and Spanish.

The broadcasting team includes Jake Zivin, Taylor Twellman, and Andrew Wiebe for English commentary, and Sammy Sadovnik and Diego Valeri for Spanish commentary.

Subscription Details and Special Offers

The MLS Season Pass offers comprehensive coverage, including every live regular-season match, all MLS Cup playoff matches, and the Leagues Cup, all with no blackouts.

The subscription is priced at $14.99 per month or $99 for the season. Apple TV+ subscribers receive a discounted rate of $12.99 per month or $79 for the season.

In previous years, T-Mobile offered its customers free access to the MLS Season Pass. However, as of the 2024 season, this offer has been discontinued. T-Mobile users interested in the MLS Season Pass will need to subscribe through the standard channels.
