  • AppleCare One is a new $19.99/month subscription that covers up to 3 Apple devices, with additional devices for $5.99 each.
  • It includes unlimited accidental damage repairs, battery replacement, 24/7 support, and Theft & Loss protection for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.
  • Devices up to 4 years old can be added if they’re in good condition; headphones must be under 1 year old.
  • Available starting July 24, sign-up can be done via iPhone, iPad, Mac, or at an Apple Store.

Apple is rolling out a new subscription service that aims to simplify and expand how you protect your Apple devices.

The new offering, called AppleCare One, is designed for customers who own multiple Apple products and want a more flexible, affordable way to keep them covered.

One Plan to Cover Multiple Devices

With AppleCare One, users can protect up to three Apple devices for $19.99 per month. If you have more than three devices, you can add additional ones for just $5.99 each per month.

The subscription includes unlimited accidental damage repairs, battery replacements, and 24/7 priority customer support, the same benefits you’d get with AppleCare Plus.

This all-in-one protection makes it easier for families, tech enthusiasts, or anyone with several Apple products to manage coverage under one simple plan.

Older Devices? No Problem

One of the most exciting parts of AppleCare One is that it allows users to add devices that are up to four years old, a big change from the typical 60-day window allowed by AppleCare Plus.

The only condition is that the older devices need to be in good working condition. Apple says it may run a quick diagnostic check before approving them for coverage.

Keep in mind that headphones are an exception; only those that are less than one year old can be added to AppleCare One.

Theft and Loss Protection Included

If you’re covering an iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch under AppleCare One, Theft and Loss protection is included at no extra cost. This is a helpful addition for people worried about losing their devices or having them stolen.

The same benefit is already available through AppleCare Plus, but now it’s part of the bundled AppleCare One plan.

Easy to Sign Up and Part of Apple’s Growing Services Push

Starting July 24, you’ll be able to sign up for AppleCare One directly from your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, or by visiting an Apple Store. The launch of AppleCare One is part of Apple’s broader strategy to grow its services business, which continues to hit record highs in revenue.

With AppleCare One, Apple is offering a more convenient, budget-friendly way to protect your tech, especially for those with older devices that wouldn’t normally qualify for extended coverage. It’s a move that shows Apple is listening to its users and evolving to meet their needs.
